Job Description

Integrated Healthcare Staffing is a national healthcare staffing agency dedicated to providing healthcare professionals to hospitals and nursing facilities for temporary and contract/travel assignments. Founded in 1998, we have quickly expanded to include offices in 5 states. We have developed relationships with hundreds of clients across the US and have earned a reputation within the healthcare industry for delivering exceptional customer service to employees and clients.

Our rapid growth has led to the expansion of our organization.  We are currently seeking a Recruitment Manager to join our Travel Nursing and Allied Healthcare services team. The Recruitment Manager will lead a talented recruitment team in developing a national presence in the Travel Nursing and Allied Healthcare staffing industry.


  • Support Travel Representative team with all aspects of the Travel Nurse recruitment process, including but not limited to: resume interpretation, Boolean search techniques, prospect management, candidate qualifying, candidate deal negotiations, spread calculator manipulation, problem resolution with external candidates, pipeline development/management and contract construction.
  • Maintain a personal book of business; required to meet or exceed individual performance expectations. 
  • Support data base management in order to create efficiencies in using the ATS
  • Review individual recruiter pipelines on a consistent basis; analyzing current candidate availability, forecasting future placements, and retention of active contractors.
  • Report recruiting team progress; concerns and results to Director or VP, Travel Services on a weekly basis
  • Collaborate with the Director or VP, Travel Services for development of new recruiting plans and strategies for recruiters
  • Collaborate with Training Specialist to ensure the new hire training is relevant and successful, and supports ongoing training and development of all TR’s including monthly lunch and learns
  • Maintain a keen understanding of recruiting trends, developments and best practices
  • Maintain Agency core values
  • Provide additional support and training, as requested

    Compensation plan including salary, commissions and bonus between $70,000-95,000, based on experience


    Job Requirements
    • 7-10 years of Travel Nurse recruitment experience
    • Demonstrated track record of achieving and or exceeding production goals
    • Previous Management experience preferred
    • Proven experience with complex problem solving
    • Excellent communication skills; both written and verbal
    • Passion for customer service – serving both internal and external customers
    • Ability to prioritize daily responsibilities and effectively navigate between multiple departments
    • Ability to work autonomously but function in a team environment.
    • Knowledge of healthcare vendor management systems preferred
