Support the QA Compliance Specialist and Quality Department with the development, maintenance, and review of CPNA documentation. Analyze and report on quality-related data and trends from production/QC, customers, suppliers, audit results, and process improvement activities.

Job RequirementsQualifications required:

- Bachelor's Degree preferred or Associates Degree with relative work experience will be considered
- Excellent writing, reporting, and data gathering abilities
- Familiarity with MS Office, Visio, ERP/MRP systems
- Food or packaging manufacturing experience a plus
- Good communication skills
- Knowledge of GFSI-accepted systems, BRC preferred
- Knowledge of Good Manufacturing Practices
- Quality oriented - Attention to detail - Organized and thorough
- Related work experience or continued education accomplishments
- Willingness to be a team player

Essential functions and responsibilities:

- Assists in upkeep of CPNA documentation and the document control system within IFS
- Helps review all levels of documentation, ensuring alignment with site and regulatory requirements
- Creates, writes, and edits documentation with primary focus on work instructions and training materials
- Assists in handling the receipt, tracking, and monitoring of customer complaints
- Assists in analyzing trend data and issuing reports relating to customer complaints, internal holds (MRB cases), production/QC data, audit results, and supplier performance
- Assists with coordinating corrective action meetings and root cause analysis and investigations
- Maintains and monitors all applicable standards for our product (21 CFR)
- Follows all documented Good Manufacturing Practices
- Reports any potential food safety, quality of food defense concerns to plant manager or quality management
- Observes and supports product safety, legality, regulatory compliance and quality systems
- Must follow all company policies and procedures
