Office Assistant/Bookkeeper – $18+/hr. DOE

A Clackamas County Construction company is searching for an Office Assistant/Bookkeeper who will have core responsibilities in overseeing financials and supporting the internal staff. The Office Assistant/Bookkeeper role is a vital role within the company, working directly with the Company leadership. Our Office Assistant/Bookkeeper will work independently, and within the team to support the administrative team (including bookkeeping tasks).

Job highlights:

  • Allows ability to develop and implement strategies to reach company objectives.
  • Assignments include: business analysis trends, alternative investment planning, return analysis and reporting, and executive briefings.
  • What we look for:

  • Bookkeeping experience
  • Manufacturing industry experience is desired, however not required.
  • Standard cost accounting knowledge
  • Basic accounting experience
