ESSENTIAL POSITION FUNCTIONS AND PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES
Perform daily lot checks
Performed as the first task every business day
Send report to everyone needing a copy
Interact with shops to minimize the amount of time lease vehicles are in for repairs.
Complete daily leasing utilization reports and strive to maximize a high utilization percentage for all types of lease equipment.
Set up new customers
Deposit if required
Completion of leasing agreement
Notate insurance information
Collect driver information
Mark all damages of vehicle of doing a complete vehicle inspection upon departure and arrival of equipment.
Invoice the correct amount of days and revenue on each leasing transaction.
Marketing the leasing equipment fleet:
Cold prospecting calls, average 15 per week
Mailers, average 25 mailers per week
Telemarketing, average 25 telephone calls per week
Preset appointments, average 2 preset appointments per week.

Education & Experience:
Hands-on expertise in the following:
Basic Computer Knowledge
Require strong communication skills in order to work with customers and employees.
Often may have to work extended hours, evenings and weekends to achieve their goals.
A college degree or equivalent experience is preferred.
