We appreciate you considering a position with our company and we are excited at the opportunity to work with someone with your excellent management experience, work ethic and customer service skills.  Blake's Lotaburger has a long history of providing cooked-to-order, high quality meals to all of our guests.  We are passionate about our food and fanatical about our process.  We are currently looking for qualified individuals who will embrace our core values and lead our crews to even greater success.  

As a General Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of a Blake's Lotaburger Store, including, but not limited to:
- Ensuring that we are consistently surprising and delighting all of our guests;
- Instilling passion for our food in all crew members and management;
- Requiring that all crew members and managers are fanatical about the Blake's Lotaburger process outlined in our Policies and Procedures;
- Maintaining profitability through diligent monitoring and controlling of food/beverage cost and labor cost;
- Protecting current sales volume while working to aggressively increase future sales volume; and
- Maintaining a clean and sanitary atmosphere where our guests can safely enjoy a delicious meal.

    Job RequirementsEssential Physical Requirements:

    • Lift up to 25 pounds unassisted. Assisted lift up to 50 pounds.
    • Ability to stand and walk for prolonged periods.
    • Ability to bend, stoop, climb, and reach.
    • Ability to work in a warm environment.

    Hiring/Promotional Qualifications for this Position:

    • Must possess a valid driver’s license;
    • Must pass criminal background check including a motor vehicles records check;
    • Restaurant experience or comparable education. Ideal candidate will have two or more years of restaurant management experience, an associate’s degree in a related field, or college coursework in business/management.
    • Must have basic computer skills including a basic understanding of how to review and create/send electronic mail. Additionally, you must be able to learn the Blake’s Lotaburger computer system in order to generate product orders, schedules, and management reports.
    • Although fluency is not required, must be able to read, write, and speak in English well enough to communicate effectively with employees and customers and understand and implement policies and procedures.
