What You Will Be Doing:


The Construction Project Manager is an integral part of the Bonaventure Home Office Management Team, providing construction project management and oversight to onsite construction teams.


  • Managing Construction Mangers and Superintendents for successful project completion.
  • Managing 3 to 4-$15 Million senior housing projects per year.
  • Reviewing, improving and approval of construction cost estimates.
  • Responsible for construction timelines, budgets and quality. 
  • Job Requirements

    Qualifications for this Position:


    • A minimum 5 years of construction or project management of commercial/multifamily construction.
    • The ability to manage multiple construction managers in different projects to success in budget, time and quality. 
    • Must be able to interpret technical construction documents and contracts.
    • Must possess strong negotiation, problem solving and leadership skills to effectively manage the construction team and their projects.
    • The ability to accurately estimate costs for budget tracking.
    • Proficient in all MS Office programs.
