Under general supervision of the Director of Operations, the Regional Manager of CMC Operations and Account Services will have full oversight of new CMC site implementation and the recruiting and training of CMC Supervisors and CMCs operating out of the Genoa Columbia, SC pharmacy.
Strong mgmt skills and ability to lead and supervise employees from remote location. 90% travel required in NC and SC. Must live in Columbia, SC or Charlotte, NC.
Manage and hire CMC Supervisors.
Have final decision in hiring and performance management of all CMCs.
Accountable for script volume and relationship management within CMC sites.
Partner with Operations to turnaround low performing sites and enhance average ones.
Exhibit proficiency with pharmacy dispensing system and MedAnalyzer.
Improving account relations specifically with emphasis in the CMC facilities.
Reestablish personalized relationships with leadership at all clinics.
Provide proactive communication to partners so that they feel a true partnership with our service.
Reestablish the sense of compassion with the South Carolina DMH by having regular contact with state and county leadership.
Participate in the staff meeting lead by the CMC Supervisors.
Establish our own Clinical and Client Appreciation initiatives at the sites with little events.
Meet with senior leadership regarding their thoughts, and to share the mission, vision and compassion of our corporation.
Meet with senior leadership to ensure their buy in to our Clozapine and packaging initiative.
Work with RSR to enhance sale of service.
This role will support the Pharmacy Manager and CMC Supervisor in growing the CMC business. Any financial investments will need to be approved by the Director of Operations.
Bachelor of Science in Management or equivalent preferred
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
Proficiency in understanding prescription medication directions and terminology
Ability to work independently with little supervision
Ability to train and teach others
A valid driver's license and good driving record
Extensive regional travel (greater than 90%)
