Opening Available for Customer Service Representative! OfficeTeam is seeking an articulate, highly-skilled Customer Service Representative. Are you always outgoing and sociable? This could be a great position for you. This position will operate in a fast-paced and dynamic environment. This Customer Service Representative position is based in the Rochester, New Hampshire region and is a short term temporary employment opportunity. How you will make an impact - Field and send written business correspondence - Contribute accurate, friendly customer service in a timely fashion - By being successful in your role, you will facilitate business development and client referral goals by actively cross-selling and referring customers - Manage incoming telephone calls
Job Requirements- A consistently positive approach to your work that is rooted in a businesslike professionalism - Excellent verbal, written, and social communication skills - Comfort and confidence when interacting with internal and external partners and clients/customers - Strong technical skills including proficiency with Microsoft Office - Strong computer skills including customer database systems - Proven knowledge of Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems, e.g. ACT!, Illustrator, Highrise, and Insightly - Experience performing extensive research to resolve complex customer inquiries - Ability to recognize, evaluate, and resolve problems effectively - Excellent customer service and office administrative skills - 2+ years' experience of proven performance in a goal-driven customer-focused environment desired - Deep understanding of order entry - Customer service experience - Professional development experience preferred If you are committed to delivering an exceptional customer experience to each and every customer you interact with and are a customer service 'champion', we want to hear from you.
