Maintain building and systems safely and to the expected high standards of the Association of Apartment Owners.
Landscape maintenance including, but not limited to, grooming , cutting ,pruning, watering schedules, irrigation systems and repaid, landscape lighting ,soil conditions, fertilizing and pest control.
Grounds cleaning including, but not limited to, raking, moving, edging, picking up debris, maintaining clean walkways, beach areas, pool areas, BBX, banquet room, and all common areas and parking lots.
Building maintenance including, but not limited to, performing mechanical, carpentry, plumbing, electrical, lighting, cable television, telephones, computer wiring, roof repair, painting and sheet rock repair.
Complete all work orders and assignments in a timely, professional manner. Repairs to be made in guest room and resort areas as well as general common grounds.
Keep the shop area, shelves and storage areas neat and clean of debris. Maintain tools in clean working order.
Be prepared to cross train in any or all areas of the property. May be called on to perform any task assigned.
Adhere to all company and association rules. Maintain schedules (daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly or annual) as assigned and noted in the schedule or maintenance duties.
Keep records of all work performed, methods used, actions taken and report activities to the Manager Facilities.
Assist other maintenance personnel as needed.
Notify and coordinate all supply needs to the Manager Facilities. Report low or out of stock on inventory items.
Perform other duties as assigned.
High School degree/diploma or equivalent additional experience.
4 or more years experience in maintenance. Must be able to read, write, speak and understand English including technical terms associated with the job.
