Job Description

Lab Quality Technician – Cincinnati, OHKelly Scientific Resources is currently seeking candidates for a Lab Quality Technician for one of our top clients in Cincinnati, OH.  This is a 6-month contract-to-hire position. As a Quality Technician placed with Kelly Scientific Resources, you will be responsible for performing variety of laboratory and research related tasks.Responsibilities:

  • Analyze and test manufactured and recycle products to assure product quality and composition.
  • Use laboratory equipment to analyze, measure and test chemicals to ensure quality control of the products
  • Prepare samples and lab solutions
  • Perform calculations and routine tests
  • Maintain accurate laboratory records
  • Stock laboratory supplies
  • Clean and maintain laboratory equipment
  • Verify quality control and resolve discrepancies
  • Develop methods of analysis and synthesize potential products
  • Authorize testing at outside laboratories when necessary
  • Keep track of inventory
  • Education and Experience Requirements:

  • Associate degree required, 4 year college degree preferred
  • 2+ years of Laboratory Technician experience
  • Proficient in Word, Excel, PowerPoint
  • Ability to analyze and interpret data
