The Claims and Returns Representative will perform the following duties:
- receives incoming calls, emails, electronic information and other correspondence involving customer disputes- researches and resolves issues preventing payment, effectively communicating results to customer and other internal resources - Provides administrative support by retrieving backup documentation including invoice copies, proofs of delivery, deduction backup, and other operational input
-High School Diploma required. Associates or Bachelors level degree preferred.- 6 plus months of call center experience- Excellent written skills - data accuracy- Excellent ability to work with team members
Hours: M-F 10am-7:30pm
