How you will make an impact - Taking meeting minutes and keeping records of tasks and progress - Requesting further information for documents that are deemed incomplete - Keeping project deliverable schedules on track and assisting Project Managers by organizing team meetings and communication according to project specifications - Planning travel and accommodation details for training seminars, conferences and additional project-related events - Analyzing information, preparing reports, proofreading and editing documents, and developing presentations - Supporting project teams by providing administrative, technical and clerical support - Conducting research online for information - Managing the distribution of project information to key partners
Job Requirements- Expertise in database and file management - This position requires a high school diploma or its equivalent, though a BA/BS degree in business, communications, or related field is preferred - Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite - Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook - Demonstrated flexibility to adapt to changes in procedures and job assignments - Detailed and have the ability work independently - At least 1 year of business/office experience - Solid understanding of Microsoft Excel - Proficiency in management reporting - Data entry experience preferred - Ability to multitask and communicate well with individuals of all backgrounds
