Change Management and Training Analyst – On behalf of our client, Procom Services is searching for a Change Management and Training Analyst to join their team in the Raleigh, NC

Change Management and Training Analyst Job Details

  • Defined and documented detailed business readiness and adoption plans for each assigned project, including risk analysis, communication and awareness strategies, etc.
  • Conduct train-the-trainer sessions, live demonstrations, and pre-release training to associates across the globe.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for global teams relating to readiness and adoption. Network with stakeholders to further influence adoption.
  • Provide support and execution of communications throughout the change process.
  • Evaluate existing business processes and systems to identify gaps and opportunities for improvement post launch.
  • Analyze data related to business and change processes to support creation of process reporting and metrics.
  • Change Management and Training Analyst Mandatory Skills

  • 3-5 years of experience in change management delivery in a software or technology company; 4+ years of experience working with is a plus.
  • Experience developing and managing communications, training, and deployment plans.
  • Bachelor’s degree required.
  • Experience working with international teams and projects.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Excellent collaboration skills.
  • Good presentation and relationship-building skills.
  • Willingness to work extended hours during periods of high demand when needed.
  • Ability to conduct calls between the hours of 8 p.m. to 11 p.m. EST as needed.
  • Willingness to occasionally travel to offices in the U.S. and around the world.
