The Parts Counter Person is responsible for attending to walk-in customers and answering parts counter telephone calls to include:
Entering walk in orders and telephone parts accurately and efficiently.
Maintaining updated knowledge of new product literature and special company programs and pricing.
Assisting with parts warehouse duties as needed.
Handling all calls and orders in a professional and respectful manner.
Providing excellent customer service at all times.
Minimum of 1 year wouling on a parts counter or in a parts department is required.
Strong interpersonal skills with a high level of communication skills (written & oral) necessary with customers. coworkers, and supervisors is required.
Must have excellent organizational and time managements skills with the ability to handle stress associated with dealing with deadlines.
Strong computer skills are required with a preference given to candidates with DBS experience.
Must be an enthusiastic hard worker with the ability to complete work based on self-initiative and with minimal supervision.
Must be a team player.
