Job Description Duties
  • The Parts Counter Person is responsible for attending to walk-in customers and answering parts counter telephone calls to include:
  • Entering walk in orders and telephone parts accurately and efficiently.
  • Maintaining updated knowledge of new product literature and special company programs and pricing.
  • Assisting with parts warehouse duties as needed.
  • Handling all calls and orders in a professional and respectful manner.
  • Providing excellent customer service at all times.
  • Qualifications
  • Minimum of 1 year wouling on a parts counter or in a parts department is required.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with a high level of communication skills (written & oral) necessary with customers. coworkers, and supervisors is required.
  • Must have excellent organizational and time managements skills with the ability to handle stress associated with dealing with deadlines. 
  •  Strong computer skills are required with a preference given to candidates with DBS experience. 
  • Must be an enthusiastic hard worker with the ability to complete work based on self-initiative and with minimal supervision. 
  • Must be a team player.
