This essential role performs various administrative support tasks, which includes operating office equipment and completing general clerical work. This role is a long term temporary position for a General Office Clerk based in Lewiston, Idaho. What you get to do is... - Manage telephone calls, including receiving and placing - Offer a warm face for customers - Handle support of diverse projects for other employees as necessary - Offer help with front desk and receptionist duties - Conform to prescribed style and format when drafting correspondence - Data entry, word processing, filing, scanning, copying, and faxing - Interface with customers in a friendly manner and provide service quickly and accurately
Job Requirements- Experience handling office equipment - Strong communication skills and able to receive criticism well - Expertise in data entry - Solid understanding of customer service - Insurance claims experience - Demonstrated knowledge of MS Outlook - Adeptness in Microsoft Word - Filing experience preferred - Proficiency in switchboard phones from 1-10 lines - A high school diploma or its equivalent is required for this position - Ability to multitask, collaborate and communicate well with individuals of all backgrounds in a fast-paced environment - Experience with Excel - Flexibility to adapt to changes in procedures and job assignments - Highly organized and self-motivated - Employer recommends 1 year of Office Clerk experience for this position
