Provides safety and security services, protecting customers, employees, and property by enforcing the laws of the State of California and the policies of Antelope Valley Hospital under the direction of lead officers, supervisors, and the Director of Safety and Security.
Duties and Responsibilities:
A. Actively participates in and implements the security management program
B. Enforces the laws of the State of California and the policies and procedures of theHospital
C. Greets all customers, offering assistance as needed
D. Maintains and wears complete and neat uniform per department dress code
E. Observes and reports faulty and/or unsafe equipment including fire and safety related Items
F. Carries out safety and infection control procedures to ensure customer and employeesafety
G. Supports and participates in the Hospital's performance improvement process
