This role is responsible for the
continued growth and success of TTEC and our client programs. This
position successfully leverages telesales strategies in a consultative fashion
to directly improve the performance of sales teams and maximize program performance.
This individual will leverage CRM tools, perform data and call analysis, and
draw on sales and/or marketing call center experience to identify, create and
deliver relevant tactics and strategies to drive program success.
