Assists with all paymentposting functions associated with Central Billing Office. Reconcilesmonies received and posted. Goes above and beyond to be sure all accountsare worked and helps management with training and department processimprovement. Handles special projects and serves as backup for the allother staff. Communicates with management about problem areas and offerspotential solutions. Must be able to work under pressure to meetdeadlines.
Minimum Education: High School Diploma or equivalent. Completion of business office courses desirable.
Minimum Experience: Minimum one year experience in medical office or
clerical background. Demonstrated skills in working with computers and
Excel. Knowledge of posting payments and reading explanation of benefits.
