Quality Assurance Technician II

Brooklyn Park, MN

POSITION SUMMARY

Responsible for the activities related to the QA Procedures to ensures all product processing requirements are met in accordance with Customer specifications including calibrations, generation of test methods, audits, scheduling, validations, record keeping and reporting as directed by the QA Supervisor

DUTIES

  • Performs Laboratory report review and approval
  • Reviews and approves sterile load documentation
  • Reviews and approves Manufacturing Lot documentation
  • Enters training into Training Database and generates training sessions
  • Reviews and approves logbook entries
  • Reviews and approves media lot documentation
  • Performs Incoming inspection
  • Reviews Calibration/Maintenance documentation
  • Reviews labels
  • Processes preparation methods
  • Participates in revision and approval of documents
  • Actively participates in departmental projects
  • Supports a safe, clean, and secure working environment
  • Protects company confidential information
  • Adheres to the principles of the code of conduct
  • Performs Document Control activities
  • Assists investigation of Quality department CAPAs
  • Completes Customer Supplier Surveys
  • Performs quality system audits
  • Other Responsibilities as assigned
  • EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE, KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS

  • Minimum education of Associate’s degree required.
  • 1 year of experience working with Microsoft Office
  • 2-4 years of related experience.
  • Ability to effectively read, write, and verbally communicate in English
  • Above average organizing, analyzing, and a minimum of level 3 math (Ratios, proportions, basic algebra) to assist in determination of organizational, Customer and regulatory problems and formulations of corrective action plans
  • Ability to adapt to changing responsibilities
  • Requires effective interpersonal skills as demonstrated through prior experience
  • Ability to work independently under general guidelines and supervision
