At this stage of our comeback, Kodak is truly a place where you can make a difference.This position is located in Eastman Business Park in the Film Manufacturing Division.  The principle responsibility for this position is to assist in the design and improvement of the film supply chain.In this role, you will: 
  • Develop current and future state flow map of the entire supply chain (order to cash)
  • Analyze current performance to understand key improvement opportunities
  • Develop key success factors and metrics for monitoring optimal supply chain performance
  • Provide leadership to supply chain planners
  • Lead and facilitate improvement projects
  • Required Skills/Experience:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, Supply Chain Management or equivalent experience
  • 10+ years Supply Chain Management knowledge and experience
  • Must have experience leading and managing people (both directly and indirectly)
  • Demonstrated ability to lead and facilitate improvement projects
  • Aptitude for learning and applying principles associated with lean manufacturing
  • Strong leadership and facilitation skills
  • Strong data analysis skills
  • Required Skills/Attributes:
  • Demonstrated ability (through work experience or academic education) to utilize engineering skills across multiple concurrently active supply chain and manufacturing improvement projects
  • A strong work ethic, high motivation, and ability to be mentored
  • Demonstrated ability to plan, organize, schedule, and direct projects and tasks
  • Strong interest in hands-on experience working with multi-disciplined teams
  • Self-starter and independently motivated
  • Ability to work well with all levels of the organization (operations, maintenance, engineering, regional sales, product development, product management)
  • Good communication skills, both verbal and written
