Job Description Role Summary/Purpose: A Lead Business Integrator (LBI) serves as the key pivot point between upstream & downstream marketing, operations, engineering, risk and contract management in the deployment of new product introductions (NPIs), product structure changes and contract pricing updates in the P&L’s primary quoting, item maintenance and financial applications. This role reports the Imaging CMO and provides support for the US & Canada Xray, Lunar and Mammo business Essential Responsibilities:• Manage all commercialization processes relating to sales quoting, access to product catalogs, quoting tools, and configuration guides for XR, Lunar and Mammo businesses in the US • Manage and track marketing budget, approval processes, and payment processes.• Manage all catalogs to include item descriptions, costing and material class codes through product lifecycle from MO – M6. • Manage all items set up and oversee all item maintenance in supporting item management and financial tools to include Market Maker, IM05, Text Master, CPQ/Sales Workbench, Apttus and GLPROD. • Manage the maintenance of all item attributes, short and long descriptions in all of the appropriate item management and financial tools including GoldSeal/Refurbished Product Structures. • Collaborate with Commercial Ops Manager and marketing managers on pricing, promotions, quick buy and item rule maintenance. • Maintenance of configuration data in SWB and Apttus; catalog updates, price changes, discount threshold changes, structure and compatibility rules as determined by marketing. • Support various additional marketing initiatives as needed Desired Characteristics • Working knowledge of CPQ/SWB application • Working knowledge of Market Maker, IM05, Text Master, PRODERP and GLPROD applications • Strong sense of urgency with a demonstrated record of meeting commitments
Job RequirementsQualifications/Requirements:• Bachelor Degree in related field or equivalent business experience. • Excellent verbal, written and communication skills. • Creative problem solving – strong analytical skills demonstrating ability to identify root causes of problems• Solid process and program management orientation
