Client seeks a TEMP Recruiting Coordinator to support 3-4 recruiters. Below please find a brief description of the essential duties and responsibilities required to execute successfully in this position.

The Recruiting Coordinator will support the recruiting team, candidates and hiring leaders throughout the recruitment process.

Essential Job Functions:

Typically supports 3 Recruiters.

•Provides administrative support throughout the full life-cycle of the recruiting process .

•Coordinates interview schedules and details around interview process with hiring team and candidates

•Creates job requisitions, responds to ad hoc reports as needed, posts jobs via web sites, sends out Interview Summary Forms, and other tasks as assigned

•Primary interaction is with mid-senior level managers and candidates.

•Manage logistics for college recruiting including planning for career fairs, information sessions and other related activities.

•Utilize recruitment tools to track applicants and ensure detail of recruitment process is accurately captured in system (i.e. candidate flow, statistics).

•Responsible for generating various reports and to support the function as needed.

•Directs calls and responds to general inquiries from candidates, employees and hiring managers as needed

•Manage job posting process which includes creating requisition within BrassRing and obtaining required approvals.

Also responsible for posting job with various recruitment sources.

•Support candidates the offer and on boarding process to ensure a positive candidate experience

Additional Job Details:

•Min 1 year administrative support or HR work experience

•Should have strong professional presence and communication skills

•Ability to manage supporting multiple recruiters and their portfolio of job openings •Strong organization skills to ensure FCC, EEO, OFCCP and AAP compliance Preferred


•Experience in BrassRing or ATS

•General Human Resources and/or Recruitment Coordination background preferred. Education and Experience: Associate's degree (A. A.) or equivalent from two-year college or technical school; or three months to one year related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
