Our customer is looking for mulitple Application Support specialists to come in and support its clients that are currently using their software and products. They have gone to a 24/7 customer support center that is the reason for this position being open.
-They are looking for someone that has had previous technical/applciation support in a warehouse type setting.
- Has an AA in any field required.Key Result AreasDirect customer, carrier, and sales support through main contact channelsCreating customer loyalty and satisfactionContinuous learning and improvement to become subject matter experts on the integrated productsUtilizing internal and external systemsKey Performance AreasSupports client, carrier, and sales team by providing phone, chat, and email assistance relating to device errors, network communications, portal configuration and navigation, product implementation, and troubleshooting.Supports carrier demo and product trial programsCoordinates with all departments in the management of the return/exchange process for devices and accessories from case origin to completion, including communication to the customer.Knowledge of business writing, grammar and mechanics used in speaking and writing with customers and co-workers.Customer feedback and follow-through
