Job Description WSFS Bank is currently seeking a Senior Financial Analyst in the Business, Performance, and Analysis (BP&A) team to support matters related to consolidated business planning and analysis, and business unit support and profitability. Primary responsibilities include delivery of the annual financial plan, consolidated monthly and quarterly financial reporting including P&L and balance sheet driver-based variance analysis, and business unit profitability reporting and decision support analysis. The incumbent will be designing business driver schedules with business unit associates to aid in planning and analysis of business unit performers in order to gain deeper understanding of business unit profitability, while actively interpreting and reviewing key drivers of performance. The Senior Financial Analyst will also facilitate performance reviews with business units to capture and track risks and opportunities, and develop new methods to capture and report key financial data. The role will collaborate with colleagues in BP&A and across business unit and functional divisions in understanding and communicating corporate and business performance, opportunities, and risks.  This is a full-time, 40 hour per week, Monday – Friday, 8 am – 5 pm position, located at the Bank Center in Wilmington, DE.
Minimum Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related business field required.  MBA in Finance is a plus.• Must have a minimum of 5 years FP&A experience.  Banking and/or financial services industry experience highly preferred.• Must possess excellent knowledge of Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and business modeling tools. • Must be proficient in Oracle GL and Oracle Smartview (Essbase).• Must have strong technical, analytical, financial modeling and presentation skills.• Working knowledge of US GAAP is required. • Experience in collaborating to set up new processes, with strong analytic capability is required. • Must thrive in a dynamic, energetic, and driven environment.• Must have excellent verbal and written communications skills and must be able to present complex financial information in simple terms.  This position requires extensive communication with business unit managers and associates.  Proven ability to build and maintain strong relationships. • Must be able to work in an organized, detailed manner under tight deadlines.

• Incumbent will be required to stand for intermittent periods of time. • Incumbent may be required to sit for prolonged periods of time. • Dexterity is mandatory as this job requires frequent use of hands and fingers. • The incumbent will be required to walk, reach with hands and arms, push items overhead, occasionally climb or balance, stoop, kneel, crouch or crawl. • The incumbent will also be required to talk, hear, see, read and write. • This position requires regular lifting and moving of 10-25 lbs. • Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, depth perception and ability to adjust focus.
