We are seeking a highly experienced people and process leader to impact sales force effectiveness and manage functions essential to sales productivity through the leadership of our highly talented Sales Operations team. This senior leader will take a methodical approach to planning, implementing and managing all operational aspects of our global sales team. Through data analysis, the individual in this role will provide recommendations to strategically enhance company performance and sales initiatives while maintaining a strong focus on reporting. The ideal candidate will identify market/competitor trends, budget and forecast annual and quarterly sales objectives and arm their team with both the overall vision of where the company is headed as well as flawlessly execute a plan to further drive sales results company wide.
