Mercy Orthopedic Hospital in Springfield, MO is a new, all-in-one experience for patients needing orthopedic care. The 199,000-square-foot facility features four floors of dedicated orthopedic services with space for orthopedic surgeon offices, diagnostic services, rehabilitation and more:

  • 8 operating rooms
  • 48 private inpatient beds
  • Pre-op and post-op areas
  • Clinic space for 24-32 orthopedic physicians
  • Physical therapy
  • Sports medicine
  • Pharmacy
  • Café
  • Gift Shop
  • Outpatient services: MRI, CT Scan, X-ray, Ultrasound, Lab
  • The greatest feature of our new orthopedic hospital is our team of dedicated doctors, nurses and staff. These professionals provide the exceptional care for which Mercy is known, with an emphasis on improving individual functional ability and quality of life.
     

    *Sign-On Bonus: ADNs 2+ years exp. $5,000, 10+ years exp. $7,500

                                   BSNs 2+ years exp. $10,000, 10+ years exp. $12,500

     *Additional Paid Time Off based on years of experience:  2-5 years 40 hours/ 6+ years 80 hours

    Position Qualifications:

  • Nursing degree from an accredited school and current Missouri RN license.
  • Basic life support training should be completed in 90 days with advanced training required at certain intervals.
  • Preferred Education: BSN.
    Preferred Certifications: CNOR, CPAN,AACN, CAPA, CCRN, CEN, CPEN, ONC, CRN.
