CohnReznick currently has an exciting career opportunity with the Human Resources team located in our New York City or Roseland, NJ office. We are looking for 2 Human Resources Managers to join our team supporting our Advisory practice.

  • The Human Resources Manager will have the responsibilities listed below:

    Talent Management :

  • Performance Management Program Delivery (includes training and "how-tos")
  • Career Development Program Delivery
  • Mentoring Program Delivery
  • Talent Management additional support - Summer Leadership Program Delivery; New Hire Orientation Delivery; Employee Welfare; Exit Interviews
  • Employee Relations :

  • Employee relations counseling/case management
  • Employee investigations and grievance management
  • Reduction in Force Program Design support
  • Employee disciplinary action, employee grievance management, termination administration
  • Talent Acquisition :

  • Candidate Assessment support - interviewing of select senior or business leader requested candidates
  • Compensation :

  • Compensation Consulting; Support facilitation of annual compensation process
  • Other:

  • Assist with Local/Regional Office Management/Budgeting/Planning
  • Coordinate with HRBPs, COEs, and HR Operations as needed


  • Required qualifications:


  • Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources or business related field
  • Minimum 5-7 years of progressive Human Resources experience, including experience in managing others in HR
  • Strong knowledge of all Federal, State, and Local employment laws
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and build, establish and maintain trust and credibility
  • Ability to travel to multiple office locations
  • Ability to use Microsoft Office Suite and HR systems


  • Preferred qualifications:


  • Master's degree
  • HRCI PHR or SHRM-CP designation
  • HR experience in professional services industry
  • UltiPro, WCN, Cornerstone, and RedCarpet systems experience
  • Experience in Adaptive budgeting software
