SUMMARY: The Delivery/Warehouse position for TruckPro, LLC. will be responsible for transactions relating to delivering and receiving parts to and from customers with appropriate paperwork. The Delivery Driver – Warehouse associate will perform basic warehouse work for a routine nature such as placing received parts on shelves, removing sold parts from stock, processing items for shipment, etc.
PRIMARY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:Generate pick-tickets for orders to warehouseStage loading of trucks; load and/or unload trucksDeliver parts to the customer while maintaining appropriate paper-work bearing customer’s signaturePickup parts to be returned to the store with appropriate paperwork bearing signatures as required from customerInquire as to customer needs as related to additional sales, services, etc.Utilize marketing materials (i.e. tabloids, etc.)Collect money from customers and record transactions on customer receiptRecord sales and deliveries information on daily sales or delivery recordsMaintain routine maintenance on truck and keep truck clean inside and outUnpack received parts and place parts on proper shelves in proper placePick parts from pick-ticket and deliver to staging areaStock and organize shelves and coresPack parts for shippingPerform other assigned tasks/responsibilities, as needed
EDUCATION/CERTIFICATES/LICENSES:High School Diploma or equivalentMaintain valid driver’s license meeting the minimum qualifications as set forth by TruckProForklift certification desired, but not required
EXPERIENCE:One year of related experience is required
SKILLS & ABILITIES:Display helpful, courteous attitude toward customers and co-workersGood oral and written communication skillsAbility to operate large pickup truck (3/4 ton) and pickup lift gate

The work is active. Typically the associate will lift, pull and move heavy duty truck parts at a minimum of 25 lbs up to an excess of 75 lbs up to 10% of the time. The associate will also have to do the following throughout the day: walking, bending, twisting, stepping, stooping, reaching, lifting, and pushing.
