Position Responsibilities:

*Monitor and maintain systems hosting the product deployment
*Work with both internal and external teams regarding customer systems.
*Work closely with Business/Support Analysts to resolve customer issues.
*Prioritize customer issues and escalate when required
*Determine failure of automated jobs and provide manual intervention to restart failed jobs
*Provide technical analysis of issues reported by the customer
*Work on L2 defect fixes and small work orders
*Respond to client requests within the defined SLA

Position Requirements:

*Exposure to various kinds of job / process monitoring, raising failure alerts and handling such failures
*Exposure to analyzing log files for job failures and fixing the issue
*Working knowledge of file handling and FTP
*Very good knowledge of SQL Server database
*Very good knowledge of C# .Net / ASP .Net
*Sound experience in L2 support
*Experience in debugging issues particularly related to data load processes
*Good problem solving and analysis skills
*Very good written and oral communication skills
*2-3 years of experience
*Experience in client interface
*Some knowledge of Trading
*Experience of working with clients in international geographies - Europe / APAC

Additional Skills (Desired):

*Some knowledge of Insider Trading / Market manipulation applications
*Exposure to handling application upgrades
*Exposure to Silverlight and MVC
