Job Description

A national industry leader is looking for an experienced and successful sales professional to call on existing clients and build new market share.  Candidate must be a goal-orientated self-starter, and have a minimum of two years sales experience with a proven record.  Necessary skills include prospecting, presentations, follow-up and closing the deal.  Identifies market potential by qualifying accounts.  Resolves customer issues and makes recommendations.  Contributes information to market strategy.  Builds strong relationships.  A background in commercial real estate is very helpful, but not required.

  • Sales experience is most important. Looking for someone who will pick up the phone, make appointments anda close deals. 
  • Some experience in the CRE industry is helpful, not required. 
  • Build market share (and commissions) by earning business from commercial real estate attorneys, brokers, lenders and developers. It's B2B relationship building. 
  • Looking for a "hunter" type mentality.
  • Will need to be active in local CRE associations and committees and also willing to attend occasional customer events. 
  • The most successful Account Executives are self-motivated, work well with a team and can work with a wide variety of personality types. 
  • Salary and commissions will be based on sales and CRE experience and accomplishments.
