Paladin is in search of an Account Manager to join one of our long-standing advertising agency clients, in assisting them in managing the agency’s top account! This role is perfect for someone who is looking for an agency environment, and a close-knit group of colleagues to be involved in day-to-day account management, strategy, creative, reporting, communications, and liaising with our partners and vendors.
The ideal candidate will have two plus years of direct client management experience, top-notch organizational and client-facing skills, and the desire to work within a fast-paced environment and be involved in client meetings/presentations. Candidates with digital advertising and programming will be a huge plus, along with knowledge of Salesforce, Basecamp and Google Analytics!
Role: Permanent (direct-hire)
Location: Chicago (downtown)
Start date: ASAP – as soon as we find the right candidate!
Salary: $50,000 - $55,000

Managing application(s) and assets for regional client markets and their individual participating dealerships.
Regularly gather/prepare all necessary materials and conduct client meetings.
Support supervisor on any and all larger regional client initiatives.
Manage internal role specific to reporting output, inclusive of working with peers and outside partners to ensure clients receive constant, consistent and accurate reports.
2+ years of Direct Client Management is a must! Strong presentation skills needed!
This AE must have a thorough knowledge of the client’s business and demonstrate an on-going commitment and response to his or her client’s needs.
As primary client contact, the AE will be required to forge positive relationships with his or her clients through consistent contact and diligent client service – which will include monthly travel for in-person meetings with certain clients.
This AE will be required to build solid relations and work effectively with people in other departments to achieve optimal results.
Needs to demonstrate experience working with reporting tools and analytics
Advertising agency experience and/or automotive experience is a plus, but not required.
Knowledge of integrated disciplines (Direct Marketing, Interactive, Sales Promotion, Public Relations, Lifestyle Marketing, Collateral and Merchandising) is a plus, but not required.
Prior experience in digital advertising and programming is a plus, but not required.
