Our client, the largest Pharmacy Benefit Management firm, is currently seeking a University Recruiter for a five month contract position with the opportunity for extension.   • Monday to Friday 8:00am-5:00pm
  • Pay: Up to $31/hrThis person will join the University Relations team and will be recruiting, full-cycle for interns (mostly Tech).
    Your responsibilities will include (but not limited to):

  • To manage the acquisition of talent to fill employment roles. 
  • Helps to build & update staffing forecasts, prepares and executes recruiting strategies, acquires, directs & manages the work output of contract recruiters, counsels managers on all aspects of the hiring process, etc.
  • Independently manage recruiting strategies & the recruiting process for a business group.
  • Counsels line managers in final selections, compensation & the recruitment process.
  • Select and manage contract recruiters when staffing needs spike.
  • Conduct new employee orientation training, interviewing training & other development aligned with staffing.
  • Assist management in determining the appropriate compensation for new hires.
  • Build and maintain effective collaborative relationships with the management team of assigned client groups.
  • Proactively identify staffing issues and trends before they affect productivity and turnover.
  • Develop subject matter expertise in assigned business groups.
  • Develop and maintain external relationships that may provide referrals of candidates.
  • You are required to have a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience. Tech recruiting experience, is a plus OR campus recruiting/university relations experience. The ability to prioritize, effectively manage competing timelines and maintain confidentiality is required and is critical to this position. Proficiency in Word, Excel, CRM; the ability to learn new software is required, experience with Workday is preferred. Knowledge of employment law, worker’s compensation, ADA, EEOC, and FMLA required.
