The Coordinator Maintenance will assist the Supervisor Engineering and Director of Engineering with the Clerical, Receptionist and various other administrative duties and coordination of work as directed. Responsibilities may also include assisting with guest requests as necessary. Coordinates input, assignment and billing of work orders to ensure timely response, accurate and timely billing and maximum productivity within the department’s scope of activities.
Maintains organizes and files shift logs related to dispatcher duties and a daily activity file containing, but not limited to completed work orders, event orders, PBX and Housekeeping dispatch reports, reconciliation of guest comment cards, utility bills, daily payroll, check distribution, input of daily work order recaps and the engineer’s shift log.
Performs clerical and receptionist duties including typing, filing, copying and answering the phones.
Maintains the Work Ticket System (HOTSOS).
Maintains the department budget enforcing purchasing policies and procedures. Maintains FF&E Capital Expenditure Program budgets.
Maintains department payroll, editing Kronos and processing transmittals for time off.
Maintains key control policies and procedures.
Maintains records and files on all maintenance contracts, permits and certifications.
Maintains preventive maintenance and repair schedules.
Maintains parts and tools inventory.
Perform other duties as assigned.
High School degree/diploma. Minimum two year college graduate and/or Clerical/Technical School or equivalent experience.
