Job Description Service Desk Analyst
  • IT User Support for the Assessing, Tax and Health team. 
  • Answer all manner of inquiry regarding the functioning of various hardware and software systems. 
  • Assists customers in the resolution of difficulties encountered in the operation of their particular system. 
  • Communicates with vendors to resolve hardware and software difficulties. 
  • Provides for the instruction of operating departments in the preparation of input data and the interpretation and use of subsequent output generated. 
  • Prepares or assists in preparing and maintaining user manuals, training guides, detailed procedures, helpful hint guides, etc. 
  • Testing applications after server, network or application updates 
  • Experience Level: 2+ years Start Date: 02/01/2018 Duration: ongoing Environment: CA Service Desk, Microsoft Desktop OS, Microsoft Office 365 General knowledge of Property Taxes and Assessment values OR Public Health highly desired, but not required.
