Job Description

The role will ideally suit applicants who have had direct ownership overseeing inventory management looking for the next level where they can positively impact the SC process for customers. They will perform their work using large data sheets or operate using supply chain tools in ambiguous and constantly evolving environments. An interest in Supply Chain, satisfying customer’s expectations and dealing with many support teams will make this role more fulfilling for the individual.

Please have a look at the main missions that you will be involved in:

  1. Interfaces with Order Management to ensure OTD for customers.
  2. Monitor and improve the Customer experience with On Time Delivery.
  3. This planner will be the first contact for all GSA orders in their region
  4. Interfaces with DC managers on ensuring Late Transport, Late logistics and Late delivery to customers are all on target for DC’s.
  5. Responsible for generating status reports for On Time delivery, Back Order Lines and the Configure to Order business (Solutions).  This includes reporting the weekly OTD & BOL, identifying the root causes of delay and driving corrective action to overcome delays.  This may require escalation to company management as needed.
  6. Owner for delivering presentations at SIOP to WW audience.
  7. Works with stock controllers on supply from factories in Asia and challenges for compressed lead times.
  8. Drives the action for third party procurement with purchasing.
  9. Manages communication between local org factories on the manufacturing of Netshelters.
  10. Attends daily operation calls and EOQ calls.
  11. Responsibility for ensuring that Airfreight spend by DC/Region is below target and identifying RCA for same Airfreights.
  12. Manage continuous improvement of Supply through regular Supplier Performance Feedback Reports
  13. Demonstrated ability to influence internal stakeholders and deliver results. 
Job Requirements

Qualifications:

Experience: Minimum 3 years of experience in supply chain. Experience in downstream processes (demand planning, production planning, order fulfilment etc) is a must.

Behaviour: Open minded, A can do attitude, Team working, Excellent communication & presentation skills, Analytical spirit, Customer culture. 

Must have a willingness to find ways around issues.

Competencies: Degree in Business, Logistics, Industrial Engineering or a Supply Chain discipline is preferable.

Experience in Oracle.

Prior experience in lean supply chain projects.

Proficiency in Microsoft applications.
