Currently, ManTech is seeking an Executive Director of Digital Marketing. The ideal candidate will bring a high degree of strategic communications and technical expertise to the role. The ultimate goal for this individual is to effectively promote ManTech’s brand through digital platforms to the market, build a stakeholder understanding of ManTech’s business offerings and promote thought leadership related to company’s commitment to national security. The Executive Director will serve as a scriptwriter, director and producer of digital storytelling including: managing full-scale video production, podcasts, write and create compelling power point/key note presentations and infographics. The Director will identify stories across the enterprise, develop strategies that align with the company’s objectives and produce multimedia to reinforce consistent messaging. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

  • Serve as web writer, video scriptwriter, director and producer of digital storytelling including: managing full-scale video production, podcasts, write and create compelling web content, power point/keynote presentations and infographics
  • Develop, implement and maintain digital media strategies and best practices
  • Develop and write exceptional headlines and short stories for the web, including videos
  • Direct and produce original digital content for distribution across the external website, social media, video channels, podcast channels and other strategic mediums. This includes external website content, photos/graphics for all mediums (working with graphics team), executive interviews and social media content
  • Support ManTech’s external communication initiatives
  • Serve as the key creative and multimedia lead for all production projects requiring multimedia
  • Coordinate with the marketing team to support external media and internal communications efforts across the enterprise
  • Create a strong digital presence across various multimedia platforms
  • Position Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree with seven or more years’ experience in creating marketing content, in addition to two or more years of full scale video production work experience
  • Adept at storytelling using the full complement of communications tools
  • Experience measuring results in the digital field
  • Superior written and verbal communications skills. Has a passion for writing web content
  • Intermediate level technical ability a plus, using the Adobe Creative Suite- Premiere Pro, After Effects, Encoder, Photoshop, Illustrator, Audition, Cinema 4D, Autodesk Maya and Unity
  • Knowledge of social media space and the ability to develop multimedia materials with an active, professional social media profile and engagement track record
  • Highly creative with strong interpersonal skills and a keen eye toward opportunity
  • Ability to work quickly and effectively while maintaining great flexibility and accuracy
  • Driven, energetic with excellent customer service and interpersonal skills to effectively relate to customer needs; ability to build working relationships with leaders and key stakeholders
  • Working knowledge or background in defense, federal-civilian or Intel community markets
  • Strong technology background for websites
  • Job RequirementsTypically requires: Bachelor's Degree (Master's preferred); 12+ years of related professional experience; 8+ years managing specific area.
