  • Provides production user support for the Salesforce CRM system.
  • Tracks and responds to inquiries, problems and requests for information.
  • Identifies problem causes and provides resolution or escalation.
  • Maintains database tables, manages system configuration, and creates reports and templates.
  • Writes support and end user documentation for enhancements and user training.
  • Participates in projects, audits and system enhancements.
  • Documents production support, system procedures, standards and business rules.
  • Creates and runs scheduled reports, ad-hoc reports and customized analytical reports.
  • Delivers end user system training, system orientation and trains associates on production support procedures and processes.
