Job Description Grade:

The primary responsibility of the M life Rewards Representative is to provide service to guests at the M life Rewards desk, including promoting and enrolling them in the M life Rewards program, conducting redemptions and transactions of M life promotions, and answering questions about M life or the property

  • Assists guests with all requests, answers questions about M life and Game Sense and addresses guest problems in a professional and timely manner.
  • Explains the M life Rewards program in detail, enrolls guests in M life, and redeems guests’ points or offers.
  • Understand principles of responsible gaming and ensure consistent promotion of GameSense to all guests.
  • Manages member account information into the database system and issues M life Rewards cards.
  • Promote the M life Rewards Mastercard by explaining rewards and benefits to members, accept M life Rewards Mastercard applications, and issue cards to approved members adhering to all applicable procedures.
  • Performs all other job related duties as requested.
  • Required:

  • At least 1 year of customer service experience.
  • Excellent customer service skills.
  • Have interpersonal skills to deal effectively with all business contacts.
  • Professional appearance and demeanor.
  • Work varied shifts, including weekends and holidays.
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Able to effectively communicate in English, in both written and oral forms. 
  • Preferred:

  • Bilingual.
  • Working knowledge of Player Tracking systems.
