Robert Half is a specialized staffing agency and looking for skilled customer service individuals. This is for a year long temporary customer service representative roles. These individuals will be responsible for answering inbound calls in regards to: Logins, reset passwords, account inquires, orders, course registrations, and other related duties.These roles are to support the clients via phone, email, or a chat based on demand and assignment. Job Requirements- HS Diploma/GED - Customer service experience in a call center environment - General computer skills - Type 40 WPM
