Responsibilities and Duties

Duties and responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:

  • answer the phones
  • order materials
  • handle client mailings
  • schedule interviews
  • perform data entry
  • conduct computer searches and summarize information
  • Job Requirements

    Minimum Requirements:
    • High school certificate or GED.
    • Strong communication skills.
    • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
    • Attention to detail

    Preferred Requirements:
    • Associate’s Degree.
    • Work experience in professional office.
