We have an exciting opportunity for a Region Executive Assistant to support a Regional VP of KinderCare.

Responsibilities:

  •           Provides timely, competent administrative support to RVP, including but not limited to calendar management, travel coordination, meeting and event planning, and general administrative support
  •           Serves as a resource to the region’s teams across the office, providing assistance on large and small projects
  •           Generates, analyzes, and manipulates ad hoc financial reports from Cognos 
  • Job Requirements

    Experience and Education Requirements:

    •           Bachelors’ degree or equivalent experience in lieu of a degree
    •           Minimum 3+ years of experience in a fast-paced office environment,  supporting executive level professionals
    •           Strong project management skills; ability to drive results, be resourceful, gather/compile and present data, and work under tight deadlines
    •           Excellent communication skills (both oral and written), with the ability to draft widely disseminated correspondence
    •           Ability to problem-solve and multi-task, prioritize, and function capably under pressure
    •           Self-motivated and flexible with excellent organizational skills
    •           Ability to exercise good judgment, discretion, and confidentiality
    •           Strong interpersonal skills; able to work with associates at all functional levels
    •          Strong computer proficiency using Windows-based software, with solid skills in Word, Excel and PowerPoint
    •           Experience with administrative coordination and project management is critical for this role
