Job Description

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Kforce has a client seeking a HRIS Administrative Assistant in Ft. Worth, Texas (TX) for a long-term temporary basis.Essential Duties include:
  • Develop, write, execute, and deliver reports as required or requested; develop, maintain, and provide HR statistical reports for SuccessFactors module owners and leadership
  • Ensure data entered into the HRIS is monitored, maintained, reliable, and valid
  • Troubleshoot and resolve system issues
  • Partner with Human Resources to refine processes, standards, and workflows that maximize efficiency and data integrity in the SuccessFactors modules
  • Continuously evaluate organizational needs relative to the HRIS; Ensure the HRIS meets organizational needs within its capabilities
  • Maintain an up-to-date knowledge base and understanding of trends in technology and standards of practice relevant to the management of the HRIS
  • Job Requirements

    REQUIREMENTS:

    • 3+ years of HR experience
    • Experience with SuccessFactors
    • Proven ability to navigate and administer a complex database
