Job Description

A mid-sized and quickly growing manufacturer of instrumentation for the scientific and chemistry sector is currently seeking an Electro-Mechanical Assembler to join their team! This position is open due to steady growth and the shifting of responsibilities for their current assemblers.

    Job Qualifications:

  • 2+ Years of Prior Manufacturing Assembly Experience with Electro-Mechanical Technology
  • Ability to Read and Interpret Blueprints & Schematics
  • Experience with Electro/Optical Test Equipment including Oscilloscopes, Digital Volt Meters, Wavemeters, etc.
  • Ability to Use Basic Hand Tools
  • Job Description:

  • Performing high-precision assembly with tight tolerances for scientific instrumentation equipment
  • Proper handling of chemicals used in the manufacturing process
  • Handling precious metal wire (cleaning, winding, sealing)
  • Quality assurance and inspection of custom components under microscope
  • Maintaining a clean and organized working environment
  • Working in a Class 1000 clean room, following MEECO's clean room protocols
  • General support for a wide variety of activities related to on-going production, special projects, and introduction of new products
  • Additional Information:

  • Typical Hours: 8am-5pm, but flexible
