Job Description

Essential Job Responsibilities:

• Update customers on shipping schedule.
• Research documentation for customer inquiries and communicate.
• Oversee quote process.
• Review quoting with purchasing and manufacturing.
• Communicate with customers on deviations.
• Receive updated drawings/specifications and communicate to production and office administration.
• Call on new customer prospects as well as current customers representing the company, securing new business and maintaining ongoing business.
• Communicate with customers on NCR’s/RMA’s and update production.
• Update planning and production on change requests.
• Check with planning on availability.
• Responsible for the contract review process.
• Authorize final approval on PCN process.
• Material Review Board.







Qualifications and skills:

1. Profound knowledge of Excel, Word and Outlook .
2. 2-5 years previous outside technical sales.
3. Conducting accurate market research.
4. Able to keep up a continuous high rate of cold calling potential customers.
5. Skilled in evaluating marketing campaigns.
6. Able to build relationships with customers.
7. Confident and able to take the initiative.
8. Tactfully handling any complaints.
9. Able to make professional sales presentations & product demonstrations to audiences.
10. Building and maintaining positive working relationships with key decision makers.


Educational Requirements: Bachelors degree
