WMP Process technician will be responsible for performing activities involved with the recovery of CVD/ALD/ PECVD tools from PM, which may include NPW qualifications, CPM Lot processing and data collection. Daily Process trend monitoring in YMS will be required, as is responding to SPC interlocks in a timely manner. This job requires, documenting / communicating material from tool interruptions to ensure the material is measured and dispositioned correctly. Technician will interact with shift supervisor when delivering ETAs for tool release, shift operations, abnormal events, and development. Documenting/following standard operating procedures is required. High energy with a focus on Quality and detail is required. * Load the wafers using the instructions from process engineers to run the recipe (using CVD, ALD). * When the process is finished, they will take the wafers to the metrology tools (XRF, Ellipsometry and etc.) based on the process engineer requirements. * Collect the data using SharePoint and send the pass down to next shift and to the Process Engineer, for the next step.
