  • WHAT YOU WILL DO:

  • Coordination of all daily mail processed to ensure efficient and accurate handling.
  • Open and distribute all AP incoming mail accurately and in a timely manner.
  • Separate incoming mail to forward to DOT, Utilities, Warranty, Co-Op, Credits, TMA, Tax, Remit changes, Collection notices, Phone Bills, PSW, Case, Home Depot and Lowes.
  • Prepare documents for scanning.
  • Assist with image verification once mail processing is complete.
  • Maintain department standards for mail volume and accuracy.
  • Perform other duties assigned by the Verification Lead and or AP Supervisor.
