Great opportunity for a Superintendent working with an expanding company in the Bowie, MD area!

This position will be responsible for project completion on time and under budget. Responsibilities of the position include, but are not limited to, the following:

  • Safety Inspection reports done on Procore.
  • Weekly Project Report. A brief report of completed work along the picture emailed to the four client principles, Project manager, Project Administrator, and building owners if requested.
  • 4 week look ahead. A 4-week look ahead should be updated and distributed to the entire project
  • Weekly (or bi-weekly) subcontractors meeting. Superintendents should organize and run a weekly or bi-weekly subcontractors meeting throughout the course of the projects.

  • Experience submitting reports within safety, scheduling, subcontractors
  • 7-10 years of Retail/Commercial construction experience
  • Computer Skills(Microsoft Excel, Word, other project applications
