Job Details:

We’re looking for Customer Service Representatives in our Call Center with:

  • One year of experience in a customer service environment
  • Excellent interpersonal and motivational skills Innovative and self-starter
  • Ability to work with minimum supervision
  • Proficient with Microsoft office software and computer technology
  • Heartland ECSI is based in Warrendale, PA. with easy access from all parts of the Pittsburgh area.

  • Potential for $1.00 increase per hour after first six months of employment.
  • Up to $1.50 per hour shift differential (applicable shifts)
