It is the primary responsibility of the Employment Specialist to coordinate all pre-employment clearances and ensure background, I-9, and licensing requirements are in compliance with all federal, state, and local agencies. The Employment Specialist will have a full understanding of the property’s service culture, initiatives, mission, guidelines and policies, as well as possess strong communication skills to accurately relay this information to all employees. All duties are to be performed in accordance with company and property policies, practices, and procedures and meet all applicable federal and state laws and regulations.
