We are just a new and different kind of company!Due to continued growth, Ultimate Staffing is recruiting for a Call Center Manager to support our clients service center located in Clackamas Oregon.  We are seeking candidates who are passionate about customer service, and are ready to join one of Portland's top employers!Scope of ResponsibilitiesYou'll be responsible for maintaining the call floor, agents on your team and assisting with questions and calls as needed. You will be on your feet the majority, if not all of your shift walking the floor to check on agents and their progress with calls.  Your customer service skills have all the hallmarks of an expert; efficiency, friendliness, a positive attitude, the whole nine yards. Your communication skills shine in both text and conversation, an you can be trusted to reliably show up on time.  You have the technical know-how to operate software and the ability to keep your cool in stressful and difficult situations. Essential Job Functions:First and foremost, you'll create and support a positive and efficient work environment! Most of your workday will be spent walking the floor to assist Receptionists as requested and to make sure they are keeping on task while on the Call Floor.  You will be greeting your teams as they enter the call floor and inform them of where to sit to begin their shift.•    Use a tablet to successfully manager your agents on the call floor•    Uphold attendance and other company policies•    Greet your team and designate a seating space for them•    Assist agents as requests•    Delegate breaks for your team and control coverage for the call volume•    Provide reviews and direct feedback for agent growth•    Review all new accounts daily•    Answer phones during unexpected spikes in call volume•    Be able to type accurately and rapidly type while speaking on the phone•    Have a bright, friendly, and positive attitude on the phone and in person•    Be reliable in arriving to your schedule shift on-time•    The ability to think quickly on your toes and know how to turn a bad situation into a positive experience•    Operate computer and other office equipment•    Operate multi-line phone systems•    Conduct yourself in a professional manner at all times•    Individuals may perform other duties as assignedWe are an equal opportunity employer.
Job RequirementsExperience within a call center environment, 1-2 years.Be able to sit and talk on the phone for extended period of time, during peak calls.Leadership skills!Able to type 30 wpm.Must be able to pass pre-employment drug screen and background checkEducation requirements:• High School Diploma (GED equivalent)
